4. Service Engagements

Specific Services we provide to clients are governed by the proposal, order form, or agreement entered into between BookdSolid and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that engagement.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by BookdSolid or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work hard to deliver results for our clients, past performance and example statistics shown on the Site do not guarantee specific outcomes for any business.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookdSolid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
